Out of Hours
For emergencies that occur out-of-hours, you may call NHS Out-of-Hours on 0845 840 0065 or, if you are registered with us as a private patient, you may call: 01384 215816.
There is a £100 call-out fee for this service if you need to be seen. Granby House Care Plan patients can claim £85 of this back for call-outs on bank holidays, weekends and after 5pm on other days. |

Granby House Care Plan patients who have problems while away from home in the UK, or worldwide, can call the number on their blue registration card.
